Pre-Assignment visit/Orientation tour
The objective of our Orientation Tour program is to provide an efficient and cost-effective way to ensure a transferee family is prepared for and reconciled with a relocation. We do this by acquainting the transferee with his new work and living environment, local living conditions as well as identifying housing options. An orientation tour, often scheduled to coincide with pre-assignment business trips, is offered as a stand-alone service, or together with a home search package, to provide an overview of neighborhoods prior to targeted home selection.
We can offer you both a program for one day or for half a day.
This program includes the following services :
- In every case, a "needs and preferences analysis" is conducted with the transferee and his/her family to make sure that a personalized and tailor-made tour is provided covering the expectations of the transferee and his/her family.
- Introduction to the local culture, its habits and geography.
- Neighborhood tours including for instance housing, schools, shopping areas, transportation systems, recreation, International Clubs,… as per the transferee’s preference.
- Information regarding specific points of interest of the transferee family.
