Administration
Should the expat have found a house himself or via his employer, Transworld International assists you with the administration phase of your relocation.
This includes the following services :
- Transworld International officially registers the lease agreement with the Belgian authorities.
- Upon signing the lease agreement the transferee will have to pay the security deposit and advance rent.
- Arrangements are made for pick-up or delivery of keys.
- Connection of utilities such as electricity, gas, internet, telephone, TV cable, water, etc… is supervised and advice is given on the necessary insurance policies.
- While the transferee is taking possession of his new home we arrange a walk through jointly with the landlord and the transferee to inspect the facilities and make the inventory inspection report by a mutually agreed independent expert (expert cost directly invoiced to transferee or employer according to the corporate policy).
- Co-ordination with the removal company.
