PERSONAL ATTENTION
Moving is an extremely stressful event that demands personal attention. Therefore, you will be assigned your personal Move Coordinator. This experienced, professionally in-house trained person is a single point of contact who answers your questions and provides advice from the day the move order is received until after delivery. Your Move Coordinator will also be able to provide you with information on the country you are moving to. Furthermore, our consultants who handle the pre- and post-move surveys personally supervise the shipments. They work closely with you and your dedicated Move Coordinator to insure total satisfaction.
PRE-MOVE SURVEY
We will arrange for a representative of our company to visit your home to ensure that your move is made as personalized and that you receive a comprehensive free estimate based on your own requirements.
PACKING & LOADING
The team of Transworld International is specially trained with the knowledge to disassemble, pack and load all your valuable household goods with the utmost care and attention

whether delicate porcelain, treasured artwork or valued furniture. The most appropriate methods and the most suitable materials are used at your residence to ensure the safest possible journey for your belongings. Tailor made wooden crates are made in our fully equipped in-house carpentry shop for your fragile or antique household goods. Upon departure a packing inventory will be handed over to you. Containers are loaded and sealed at your residence and are not opened until delivery or till customs inspection orders to do so at destination.
In addition to the relocation of household goods, services covering the relocation of domestic pets and motor vehicles are available.
FORWARDING & CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Transit warehouse facilities allow Transworld International to receive, deconsolidate or consolidate and forward shipments by sea, air or road to any destination in the world. The warehouse is customs bonded with in-house customs clearance within the hour in order to guarantee an efficient and quick delivery as per customer's need.
Speed, security and costs are all taken into consideration when determining the shipping arrangements for your move. Whether travelling by sea, air or road, your goods are packed in metal steamship containers, wooden cases, special air crates or trucks. An experienced delivery crew will take care of the unpacking of your belongings, the reassembly of your furniture and the removal of the used packing materials in your new home just as you want it.
STORAGE
If you cannot move directly to your new home, Transworld International offers safe storage facilities. For as long as you need, Transworld International will take care of your belongings.
Transworld
International's office and warehouse facilities are purpose built, camera
controlled, fire and burglary protected and conveniently located within
reasonable distance from the city of Brussels, the port of Antwerp and
Brussels Airport. Transworld International has one of the finest warehouses
available in the area, with a storage capacity of 14,000 m³ or 500,000
cu. feet.
The warehouse has its own dock, scale and ramp. In addition, it has a fully equipped carpentry shop and offers both short and long-term storage for palletized storage vaults three high or 20 foot steel containers. Car boxes are purpose built for car-storage.

INSURANCE
When moving we know that there is always a risk of damage, including big risks such as fire or flood, which is beyond our control. For complete peace of mind when moving, we recommend our "All Risk" insurance. This insurance policy covers you against all risks of loss or damage from the time we take charge of your belongings until they are delivered to your new home.
